The Test:

The Radeon 7000 that I got  came with 64MB of DDR ram , but this is still one slow card . I hate to say it but I would chose a GF2mx200 over this card any day of the week . My old GF2mx is twice as fast as this card , and it only has 32meg of SD ram . In Quake my GF2mx gave 120FPS @ 800x600 screen resolution , and 89FPS @ 1024x768 Screen resolution , whilst the Radeon 7000 did 51FPS @ 800x600 Screen res and 33FPS @1024x768 screen res . Here is the score for my GF2mx in 3dmark2001 .

And here is the score for the Radeon 7000 , now dont hold your breath folks .

Now thats not even half as fast as my GF2mx  .

Conclusion

There is no denying it  , 64meg of DDR ram or not , this is one slow card . In all honesty I cannot recommend this card to anyone looking for a new game card , its just too slow . On the other hand if you are looking to upgrade the graphics card on a word processor , then this card might be OK , but for even less money you could have a GF2mx200 , what can I say , thumbs down on this one folks , my recommendation is to give this one a miss .
