I must say that I was a little surprised to receive a P4 rack mount cooler from Thermaltake , but then I realized I must be on there review list .  So I will try and do you the reader and Thermaltake justice , the best I can .

Looking at the above picture you can see just how  height challenged  this cooler is , I put my Celeron 800 fc-pga in the picture for scale .

Here you can see what you get in the box .

Look at that well finished bottom , no sanding or polishing needed .

The heatsink and fins are machined from a solid  billet , for what should be better  heat dissipation . Just take a look at the quality of machining on that copper heatsink . In fact all the parts are of the highest quality , and everything fits perfectly , Thermaltake has taken NO shortcuts that I could find .

Conclusion.

A solid copper cooler , well made and finished . Thermaltake has gone to a lot of trouble to design and make a seriously high quality cooler for the Rack Mount Jet set.  My only problem , how to test this cooler on my Asus A7v133c MB . Im going to have to have this cooler modified to fit socket 462 cpu's . A bit of milling and drilling so that it can be hard mounted to my motherboard , then ill be able to test it. Why bother you ask ? , because this is one well designed high quality item that may have potential in notebooks . Ok it may never be a cooler of choice for overclocking cpu's  , but this is one trick looking cooler , and I want to know .

SO KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR PART 2.
